Oh this is just like what we call Banoffee Pie! Love it! Sometimes we drizzle passionfruit seeds over the cream (more for looks than flavour I think!)

Your tart looks absolutely perfect and so luscious! I wonder if one could substitute the sour cream for heavy cream. I don’t like tangy haha.
