I made this for our Good Friday BBQ. I was worried because it seemed really runny, so I put it in the freezer for a few hours and it was good! I think I used too much lemon juice (2/3 cup is what I got from 2 lemons). I left out the whipped cream on top. It was lovely. Happy Easter!
