I think it looks AND sounds good. There is a taco stand in Austin, TX called Torchy’s Tacos that houses my favorite taco that you can ask to make “trashy” (extra cheese and other condiments). I love the stuff! So, when I saw the title of your post, I was totally not put off by it. This dish looks fantastic!

I’ve got leftover beef barbecue in my fridge right now! Really, I made a batch in my crock pot (http://www.heidisrecipes.com/2009/06/crock-pot-barbecue-beef-recipe.html) to welcome my brother-in-law to Texas and I have leftovers! We used a bit on baked potatoes (http://www.heidisrecipes.com/2010/08/baked-potatoes-recipe.html)another seemingly Texas treat, but there’s more left! I can’t believe it! Texas Trash, I think I love you!
