I just made this for lunch. It was awesome! This recipe is going into the mix. Even my one-year-old loved it. Thanks for posting it. I’m going to write a review on it and post it on my blog. I substituted ground beef for the chicken because I needed to cook it. And I added some diced zucchini. My favorite part was the black beans. Great taste and texture. Thanks again!
