I am wondering, though…Is there no flour in the cornbread mixture? Also, 2/3 cup of oil is a LOT of oil. Do you suppose it would hurt to reduce the amount to 1/3 cup?

My guest room has been assigned the Aggie theme – and that’s after paring decorations down SUBSTANTIALLY after my apartment in college – I had to let it all go and move on to a more ‘sophisticated’ decorating scheme in the house! ha ha!

Anyways – look forward to trying this stuffed cornbread – sounds fabulous!
