I made this last night, and it was the best dessert I’ve had in a long time. I’ve been searching the web for new ideas and easier recipes that kinda turn out, so I was extremely happy that this recipe not only turned out, but tasted amazing. My kids ate it for breakfast this morning (without the ice cream, of course) and loved it, again! I also made the corn salad from the April blog. It was so good, I can’t explain how successful I feel. Thanks so much for sharing this, Amy. You are making my family enjoy staying home for dinner.
