I use cookies for gifts for all my service people and friends. Several of my recipes make many grown men and women drool! however, one woman at my hair salon is allergic to nuts. Just about all of my recipes use nuts in some form or another. These are perfect for her! Thanks!

We got some of this from a very expensive candy store. Theirs had a hint of sea salt….so I tried this recipe and used a sea salt grinder and put a dusting of salt over the finished product. YUM!!!

Thank you sooo much for posting this! It went over like mad at my office Christmas party over the weekend and was amazing (even if it took going to three different stores to find peppermint extract this time of year).
