Hi. Thank you for your reply to my last question. This recipe looks divine but I want to make sure I have the right ingredients. When it comes to using butter when it is not specified as being unsalted butter should we assume it is salted butter we use?

I just made a batch of these using mint creme oreos! I left out the extra tblsp of granulated sugar, refrigerated the dough overnight, used parchment paper (normally I use foil), and they turned out PERFECT! Fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness!

I so should not have made these! They’re awesome and not on the diet

We had a few leftover berry oreos (the ones with pink icing) so I crushed those and used them, and added in some chocolate chips.
