Must make this for Thanksgiving. I’ve got too many veggie courses going but NEED to have my favorite sweet potatoes. This will be an awesome rendition. Can’t wait to try it!!!

Just in time for the weather getting colder everyday…I love the creaminess and the smooth texture of the sweet potato. I’ll add greens on top to add contrast to the bright orange color. Thanks for sharing this warm and healthy soup!
