I made this yesterday, and it was PERFECT! I loved it, and so did my husband. I’m amazed it lasted 24 hours! I bought another batch of peaches tonight so I can make it again.

Ooops, just left a comment, Amy, but it went somewhere… hopefully to Cobbler Heaven. I’m a Yankee (by birth), but I’ve always preferred pie crust cobbler. However… that biscuit topping soaking up the “juice” may cause me to rethink my position!
