I love this meal! It's one of my favorites...for a more beefy flavor, try the beefy mushroom soup, it's SO good. I also add a heaping spoonful of sour cream. YUM!

Oh, that does look good! I tend to make the same things over and over, much to my husbands dismay!

The problem is he LOVES meat, and my daughter and I could eat tofu stir frys every night!
