The first thing I thought of after seeing the picture was Dorie’s Perfect Party Cake, which is also an awesome cake, but this one looks pretty delicious as well. I actually just made Ina’s Chocolate Cake (the one where you add 1 cup of coffee). Yum! Thanks for sharing!

I *heart* coconut cake. It’s so white and fluffy and beautiful that I think that I’d like it no matter what. I definitely want to try this recipe the next time that I make one! Although, with all of the TWD fun cakes coming up I might have to wait for the right opportunity.
