P.s.: When I know I’m goind to need frozen fruit for something special in which they need to look good, I open them as soon as I get home and freeze them separatly on a big cooking tray, then when they’re frozen through, I put them back in a bag. But the day I need them, I defrost them, again on the tray… and they keep their original shape!
