I've never made banana cream pie. I'm excited. Your cookies look good. The course salt is a great idea to combat what I thought was super sweetness. I really tasted the coconut. I wonder if it's different brands?

Awesome changes! I really want to try curry powder, and I think using flaky sea salt would be a great contrast to the sweetness of the coconut. Can't wait for next week!
