I made this when I got The Perfect Scoop and it was really delicious! I’ve also made it replacing the lime with lemon and it wasn’t as good. But maybe that’s just me and my preference

I love the pretty green color of your sherbet. The food coloring was a great addition. Lime sherbet sounds delightful, and I’m glad you were finally able to enjoy some!
